I wanted to move to Turkey so I went onto the
Internet and searched for estate agents in Fethiye
(a location I had thought would suit my
requirements). I found several, but Hallmark
Properties' web site was the most helpful. It
provided much helpful information on Turkey and the
ins and outs of buying property in that country, as
well as a selection of properties available.
They replied promptly to all my e-mails, giving me
the impression that customer service really
mattered. I asked them to book accommodation for me
and arrange transfer from the airport - no problem.
This impression was re-enforced when I eventually
arrived at Hallmark Properties' office in Fethiye to
view properties they had suggested would meet my
requirements. Nothing was too much trouble for them
- from running me around to viewings, arranging a
lawyer, helping to arrange bank accounts and the
transfer of money.
Corinne Parry, a very feisty lady, speaks Turkish
and came across as a person who gets thing done and
sorted out, as I witnessed when I had a problem with
the Hotel manager over airport transfer.
Hallmark's after sales service is also first rate as
they monitored the progress of the legal transfer of
title deeds and registration with the Turkish
authorities and the handing over of the property
itself, all after my return to the U.K.
I would recommend Hallmark Properties to anyone
looking to buy in Turkey .
