We appreciate that time is valuable and that a relaxing holiday in Turkey is not usually a good time to spend looking around for a home. Many people find that the first time they come to Turkey is not the best time to get a feel for a particular area in which they wish to settle and purchase their home. For this reason we invite you to come on one of our inspection trips. These normally take 2 days, during which time we will show you around the area, allow you to relax and also show you some properties that we feel will be of interest to you. Our inspection trips are tailor made for you and are conducted on a personal one to one basis only. You will not be taken to see properties with other clients, as we believe in complete confidentiality. We are completely flexible with dates and times so you are free to book your flights to suit yourselves. As soon as we receive your flight details, we will book you into a hotel for two nights and on your arrival in Turkey, you will be met at the airport and taken to your hotel. Should you decide to purchase from us, we will refund to you the cost of your two days accommodation, plus your airport transfers. Once you are settled in, either later that day or the following day, we invite you to come with us to look at the local areas so that you can get a feel of where you wish to live, the amenities and services available, etc. On the second day, we will take you back to your chosen area to view some suitable property and give you the opportunity to take photographs. We can always arrange for you to revisit a property if you wish to take another look. We won't pressure you into making a decision. In fact, you may find it preferable to return home, think about the properties you have seen and then make the commitment of buying a home in Turkey. You should never feel under pressure to make a commitment or sign a contract. Of course you may find the very property you are looking for and be in a position to decide there and then and if that is the case, then we will be happy to advise you on the next stage.
